Spring Valley
Spring Valley became an unincorporated town in 1981. The land was originally home to the Stardust International Raceway but was sold in 1971 after the Stardust changed ownership.
Spring Valley is home to the Las Vegas Chinatown, located on Spring Mountain Road between Valley View and Jones Blvd. Strip malls with Chinese and other pan-Asian businesses line Spring Mountain and Chinatown Plaza. Over 150 restaurants are located in Chinatown.
Desert Breeze Park is one of the largest parks in Las Vegas and located in Spring Valley. The park is split in two with a large park area located across the street from a large soccer complex.
Spring Valley is home to the master-planned Spanish Trails and Spanish Hills guard-gated communities featuring some of the most luxurious homes in the city. Spanish Hills has some of the best views of all luxury housing in Las Vegas.
